| Triumph North is a 127 apartment unit condominium built in the valley of the Schomberg River on the site of an old alfalfa plant. Key to the development of the site was managing the grade of the driveway from Church street down to the entry level floor 27 feet below. Height limitation was set as the top of the roof of the adjacent church to maintain the residential character of the town. |
